The Aviation Supply Chain Intelligence databaseAnalysing contract values, locations and market significance to tier three level

Aviation Supply Chain Intelligence (AvSCI) is a database listing every major aircraft in production - fixed and rotary wing - and analyses the relationship between the suppliers. It identifies where each supplier sits within the supply chain, the value of the contract (where in the public domain), the length of the contract and the location where the work takes place.

This gives customers a unique insight into the global aerospace supply chain broken down by aircraft and engine type.

The data is updated once a month and can be bought as a single ‘snapshot’ or with regular updates – the data is provided within excel and pdf formats.

AVSCI is a unique product and the result of many years information gathering, using a team of data suppliers from across the globe. It is constantly being updated when new information on legacy platforms becomes available or when new aircraft types and contracts are announced. It seeks to answer the following questions:

* Where is the value and expertise in the supply chain per aircraft?

* What key contracts do primes, tier-one, tier- two and tier-three suppliers have per aircraft?

* Where is the work carried out within the supply chain?

* When were the key contracts awarded and over what period of time?

The database is formatted across six sub-sectors:

• Airliners

• Business aircraft

• Engines

• Military fast jets

• Military transports

• Rotorcraft

Customers can buy each sub-set as a single item and we can supply the data in many different forms, to fit in with the data analysis formats of the client. The library is continually expanding with new datasets on unmanned air systems, missiles and launchers under development.
